How much is shipping?
We offer **Free Express Shipping** on all US orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $15 applies. We use FedEx and UPS for reliable tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand to Europe and Australia by late 2024. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified!
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping takes 2 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your BabyNest product. That's why we offer a **30-Night Risk-Free Trial**. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund. We even pay for the return shipping.
How do I start a return?
Simply email our support team at support@babynest.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.

Are your materials non-toxic?
Absolutely. Safety is our #1 priority. All our mattresses and fabrics are **GOTS Certified Organic** and free from flame retardants, BPA, lead, and phthalates.
Is the mattress breathable?
Yes. Our signature mesh technology allows air to flow freely, reducing the risk of overheating and suffocation. It is 100% washable as well.
What age range is the bassinet for?
The BabyNest Smart Sleeper is designed for babies from birth up to 6 months, or until they can push up on their hands and knees.
