1. Processing Time
We process all orders within 1 business day after the order is placed.
- Example: If you order on Monday, your package will be shipped by Tuesday.
- Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship exclusively to the United States.
- Standard Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days.
- Cost: Free shipping.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

- United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and territories).

- Delays: If your package has not arrived after 5 business days, please wait 2 additional days (due to potential carrier delays) before contacting us.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged package, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours at
contact@deylio.com. - Wrong Address: Deylio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
