1. Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags
- Must include all accessories, manuals
- For maternity / newborn clothing, hygiene or care requirements must be satisfied
3. Return Shipping
- Return shipping cost is paid by you (customer) unless the item is defective or wrong
- If we provide a prepaid label, we deduct from refund (or waive it)
4. Refund / Exchange
- Refunds to original payment method within 7 business days of receiving goods
- Exchanges processed as new order (whenever inventory permits)
5. Exceptions
- Personalized, custom, or clearance items may not be eligible
- Baby gear used or assembled may not be returned
