Return & Refund Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags
  • Must include all accessories, manuals
  • For maternity / newborn clothing, hygiene or care requirements must be satisfied

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping cost is paid by you (customer) unless the item is defective or wrong
  • If we provide a prepaid label, we deduct from refund (or waive it)

4. Refund / Exchange

  • Refunds to original payment method within 7 business days of receiving goods
  • Exchanges processed as new order (whenever inventory permits)

5. Exceptions

  • Personalized, custom, or clearance items may not be eligible
  • Baby gear used or assembled may not be returned
