Shipping Policy

At Deylio, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Processing Time

We process all orders within 1 business day after the order is placed.

  • Example: If you order on Monday, your package will be shipped by Tuesday.
  • Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship exclusively to the United States.

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days.
    • Cost: Free shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and territories).

5. Shipping Issues

  • Delays: If your package has not arrived after 5 business days, please wait 2 additional days (due to potential carrier delays) before contacting us.
  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged package, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours at contact@deylio.com.
  • Wrong Address: Deylio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
